Still Swinging is a fun and inspiring course that showcases real-life vignettes of older adults who continue to enjoy golf as a vital part of their lifestyle. Through engaging stories, personal reflections, and practical insights, this course highlights how the game of golf supports physical health, emotional well-being, social connection, and lifelong passion.

Participants will meet older golfers from various walks of life who prove that age is no barrier to swinging a club—or living with purpose and joy. Whether it’s a weekly nine holes with friends, participating in senior tournaments, or simply practicing at the range, these golfers offer powerful examples of resilience, adaptation, and the enduring human spirit.

This course invites learners to reflect on what keeps them moving, what brings them joy, and how hobbies like golf can be lifelong companions in aging well.
